AF HANOI’s cultural identity is embodied in the concept of HỢP TÂM, meaning “Harmony from the Heart, Dedication through Unity.”
At its core is TÂM, or the Heart, reflected in the philosophy of “serving from the heart”, the value of “dedication” and the principle of “customer centricity.” Together, these provide the foundation for uniting people and aligning every element of the organization toward a shared purpose.
