On September 15–16, 2025, the Andrology and Fertility Hospital of Hanoi had the honor of welcoming and working with Ms. Donna Close, a representative of the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) under the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA).
As one of the pioneering institutions in the North to be awarded RTAC certification in 2022, the Andrology and Fertility Hospital of Hanoi marked a significant milestone in the field of Assisted Reproduction. RTAC certification is the most prestigious international quality standard, ensuring that treatment procedures are carried out safely and effectively.
During the visit, Ms. Donna Close expressed her impression of the hospital’s continuous improvements and innovations. She particularly valued the application of the IMS Checker System, a breakthrough intelligent identification technology. This system standardizes and guarantees absolute safety throughout the entire IVF process, thereby improving success rates and increasing reassurance for patients.
The RTAC representative recognized the hospital’s serious efforts in complying with international standards, from essential criteria to best practice benchmarks. The hospital’s unified commitment and consistent implementation from leadership to every staff member have been key factors in maintaining high and stable success rates.
By successfully passing the periodic assessment once again, the Andrology and Fertility Hospital of Hanoi reaffirms its credibility and remains a trusted destination for tens of thousands of infertile couples both domestically and internationally. The hospital not only maintains but also continuously enhances the quality of care, underscoring its leading position and commitment to providing world-class reproductive healthcare services in Vietnam.
