ASPIRE 2026 gathered thousands of experts, physicians, researchers, embryologists and leading fertility centers from many countries around the world. This year’s conference, themed “Journeying the Silk Road of Reproductive Care”, highlighted the importance of academic connection, multinational collaboration and the sharing of new advances in modern reproductive medicine.

Notably, at ASPIRE 2026, AF HANOI was honored to have 12 scientific reports accepted, including 11 poster presentations and 1 oral presentation, marking an important milestone that reflects the hospital’s research capability, professional development and international integration.

Among them, the oral presentation entitled “Pregnancy complications and outcomes in advanced maternal age patients using donor oocytes in IVF”, presented by Dr. Thieu Dinh Trong on behalf of the research team (Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Dr. Thieu Dinh Trong, MSc. Dr. Duong Thi Hien Luong, Dr. Tran Dieu Du and MSc. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang), received significant attention and positive feedback from the scientific committee and international experts. The study provides valuable practical insights into the safety and effectiveness of pregnancies in older women undergoing IVF with donor oocytes, particularly regarding obstetric complications and neonatal outcomes, thereby supporting physicians in counseling, monitoring and managing pregnancies in this high-risk patient group more effectively.

In addition, AF HANOI’s 11 poster presentations also left a strong impression at ASPIRE 2026, covering a wide range of topics in modern reproductive medicine, including andrology, reproductive surgery, embryology, genetics, high-risk obstetrics, mental health and patient care.

  1. Dr. Bui Thi Phuong Hoa:
“The combination of Micro-TESE and ICSI yields promising reproductive outcomes: A retrospective study of 302 non-mosaic Klinefelter syndrome patients”.
