On the afternoon of July 25, marking the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), Andrology and Fertility Hospital of Hanoi was honored to join the working delegation of the Party Committee and Command of the Vietnam Border Guard, led by Lieutenant General Vu Trung Kien — Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, and Commander of the Border Guard — in a series of gratitude activities in Dien Bien Province.

Paying solemn tribute to fallen heroes

Representatives of the Hospital joined the delegation in offering flowers and incense in memory of the fallen heroes at the Martyrs’ Memorial Temple on Hill F at the Dien Bien Phu battlefield, and at the A1 National Martyrs’ Cemetery.

In the solemn atmosphere of these July days, each incense stick lit was a profound tribute to those who gave their youth and their lives for national independence. The journey also served as a reminder for today’s generation to preserve the achievements of the revolution and uphold the tradition of “drinking water, remembering its source” through meaningful action.

On July 26, in Sin Thau commune, the delegation, in coordination with Dien Bien Province, inaugurated the renovated and upgraded Memorial Site for Martyr Tran Van Tho — former Head of the Reconnaissance Team of Border Post 5, People’s Armed Public Security (now Leng Su Sin Border Guard Post). The project helps preserve historical value while reinforcing the site’s role as a “red address” for fostering patriotic tradition among officers, soldiers, and younger generations.

AF HANOI and the Border Guard Command present 150 gifts at 4 border locations

Continuing the series of gratitude activities, Andrology and Fertility Hospital of Hanoi , together with the Border Guard Command, presented 150 gifts to policy-beneficiary families and households facing hardship at Nam Ke Border Post, Muong Muon Border Post, Sin Thau commune, and Thanh Luong commune.

Each gift delivered carried not only material support but also the Hospital’s sincere feelings and gratitude toward the people living along the border. Through this effort, AF HANOI hopes to contribute, in its own small way, to carrying forward the tradition of compassion and spreading a spirit of social responsibility.

Strengthening solidarity through exchange activities

Alongside the tribute and gift-giving activities, Hospital representatives also took part in exchange programs with officers, soldiers, and units within the working delegation. In a lively and warm atmosphere, sports activities helped strengthen solidarity while showcasing youthful energy, a spirit of discipline, and a shared aspiration to serve the nation.
